Serving Utah
Hi, I’m Chad Vigil, PA-C
I’m an integrative psychiatric physician assistant (PA) practicing in Utah.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD who want to feel more confident, focused, and connected in their daily lives. As a pain medicine specialist, I also support individuals living with chronic pain and substance use—offering compassionate, non-judgmental care that meets them where they are.
My integrative approach blends psychiatry with holistic tools to address the root causes of distress. This may include medications, plant medicine, supplements, habit coaching, homeopathy, nutrition, mindfulness, and lab testing—creating a personalized plan that supports healing on every level.
My approach blends evidence-based medication management with curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for your story. I work with you to find clarity, stability, and sustainable change—without losing what makes you, you!

Areas of Focus
Anxiety and Depression
Do you feel like you’ve been living in a haze? Is it difficult to get out of bed in the morning? Do everyday tasks feel like an insurmountable mountain? Is it hard to care about doing things you used to enjoy? Do you feel short and snappy at everyone?
I can help you feel more energetic, more motivated, more like yourself. I want you to feel mentally lighter with more than just a pill.
ADHD and Burnout
Do you always feel like you’re racing against the clock - and losing? Are you always showing-up late, constantly distracted, and having difficulty meeting deadlines? Does it feel impossible to get organized? Do you have a history of making impulsive decisions?
I can help you feel in control and confident to execute the tasks you commit to. The goal is to be able to plan ahead, make an effective schedule, and optimize your time management skills. Get ready to start excelling professionally and completing projects at home.
Trauma and PTSD
When you're navigating the aftermath of trauma, each day might feel like an uphill battle. It could be challenging to arrive on time, remain focused, meet deadlines, or keep things organized. Trauma can sometimes lead you to make decisions more impulsively as you cope with the stress.
It's important to know that you're not alone in these feelings and that it's possible to regain a sense of control and confidence. Envision yourself being able to plan with care, establish effective routines, and enhance your time management skills in a way that accommodates your healing process. You're ready to reclaim your life with methods that support your journey towards recovery.
When you're living with chronic pain, even the simplest tasks can feel overwhelming. It might be hard to stay focused, keep up with routines, or show up fully for the people and responsibilities that matter most to you. The pain is real—and it doesn’t just affect your body, but your mind, energy, and motivation too.
But there is a path forward. Imagine being able to approach each day with strategies that help you manage pain more effectively, conserve your energy, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. You can develop new habits that support both your physical and mental well-being. Healing doesn’t mean ignoring the pain—it means learning how to live well alongside it and reclaiming the life you want.
Chronic Pain
When you're dealing with substance use, it might feel like you're constantly fighting to stay afloat. Maybe you've tried to quit more times than you can count. Maybe shame or fear has kept you from reaching out for help. And yet, something inside you still wants change—a different way of coping, living, and being.
Recovery is possible, and you're not alone. Imagine feeling clear-headed, more in control, and no longer stuck in cycles that drain your strength and hope. Together, we can work toward building healthier routines, understanding your triggers, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you really are. Healing is within reach—and you’re already taking the first steps.

Client Testimonials
“I didn’t want to take more than one medication, so Chad took the time to give me additional options and information, including supplement and lifestyle modifications. I had labs drawn that he explained to me in-depth. He made me feel validated and supported me throughout the process.”
Keith, 42 years-old
“Chad is down-to-earth and relatable. He took extra time to explain things to me, for example, why he thought I had bipolar and how the medications will be reacting in my body to help me.”
Monet, 28 years-old
“Chad is attentive to my needs. He is easy to contact when I have questions and responds immediately. He is kind and soft-spoken. He’s easy to talk to. I look forward to our monthly check-ins.”
